Vice President, Head of Talent Acquisition

Chad serves as VP, Head of Talent Acquisition with over 25 years of experience across multiple industries and a focus in the financial services industry. He directs the talent process and recruiting for Pennington Partners. Prior to joining Pennington, Chad ran the recruiting for Hightower Advisors and led the Operations, Technology and Marketing hiring for Cresset Capital. He has been a critical part of culture programs and developed talent acquisition programs in growing organizations across the country. 

Chad graduated from Northwestern University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Studies and played football on scholarship. He resides in the western suburbs of Chicago, with his wife Karen. He has two adult children, Cameron and Bryn. You can often find him coaching youth football or gardening in his front yard.
