About the Position:
The Growth Associate at Pennington Partners will provide critical support to the growth department of Pennington. This role will help execute strategic growth initiatives for the firm. A passion for connecting with the entrepreneurial community and researching creative ways to connect with a dynamic potential client base of Ultra High Net Worth clients. This will be in our Bethesda office and work closely with the rest of the growth team and Pennington Partner leadership.
What You’ll Do:
Develop prospect lists in various markets across the country for clients and COIs (Centers of Influence)
Leverage technology and databases to curate a pipeline of ideal entrepreneurial prospects for Pennington’s operating partnership platform
Support the growth of our Founder Community through events, marketing and outreach
Identify, test and analyze best practices to market and reach our idea clientele
Coordinate meetings with key prospects for the growth team to meet potential prospects at conferences and industry events
Grow and build awareness for our various alternative investment vehicles
Work with team to create prospect models and presentations to increase conversion of qualified leads into a limited partner (LP), platform client, or operating partner family
What You Need:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business or relevant field
Strong communication both written and verbal
Executive presence and gravitas to interact with UHNW clientele and partners
Strong technology skills with excel, PowerPoint and Salesforce
Passionate interest in business development within wealth management and investments
Creative and critical thinking abilities to be able to craft solutions to complex problems
Attention to detail and strong sense of urgency
