Chief Compliance Officer

Guy is Chief Compliance Officer of Pennington Partners & Co. Guy has over 20 years of regulatory compliance experience in the financial services industry.  Guy also serves as CCO for Pennington Alternative Income Management.   

Prior to joining Pennington, Guy held compliance roles in many other organizations.  As Senior Compliance Manager of American Capital, Ltd, a global asset management and business development company, he demonstrated his ability to architect a compliance framework for the investment managers and investment funds.  Additionally, he started and managed his own compliance consulting firm, Guyscott Consulting Inc., which provided compliance solutions to state and federally registered investment advisors. Guy also was CCO of Institutional Shareholders Services, a provider of corporate governance and responsible investment solutions.

Guy graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management - Investment Finance at University of Maryland Global Campus, and Bachelor of Science in Public Affairs Management – Economics at Michigan State University.
