Client Relationship Officer

Joe Masino serves as a Client Relationship Officer at Pennington Partners. He is responsible for managing the day-to-day interactions of Pennington's Operating Partner Families and LP's, while also bringing alternative ways to enhance their lives as well as their wealth and long-term success.

Prior to joining Pennington, Joe served as a Consultant at Rios Partners, where he provided various management consulting services to public/private organizations, non-profits, and government agencies in the greater Washington D.C. metro area. Furthermore, to deliver value, he systematically analyzed problems to identify root causes, and partnered with clients to develop actionable solutions, and helped guide strategy and implementation.

Before Rios Partners, Joe was an Associate at JPMorgan in New York City. At JPM, he collaborated with a team of experts at the Private Bank to advise some of the world's foremost leaders, entrepreneurs, and family offices on all aspects of their wealth management. As a unit, Joe and the team oversaw over $60 billion in assets, advising and assisting clients on public and private investments, fixed income management, custody, credit & liquidity needs, and sophisticated estate & charitable planning.

Joe graduated from Ithaca College where he received a B.S. in Finance & Economics from the IC School of Business
