Director of Operations

Tom serves as the Director of Operations for Pennington Partners & Co. and is responsible for managing the day to day operations of the firm. Founded in 2016, Pennington’s mission is to create the leading entrepreneurial ecosystem for successful entrepreneurs and their families helping them navigate the challenges of complex wealth and realize their greatest potential.

Tom has over 20 years of Strategy, Operations, Digital Product Development & Management Consulting experience across the Financial Services industry and joins us from Lazard where he was a Senior Vice President overseeing Business Systems and the Global Head of CRM. Prior to joining Lazard, Tom was the Head of CRM and Workflow Automation for T. Rowe Price’s Retirement Plan Services business. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Government & Law from Lafayette College and an MBA from Fordham University Gabelli School of Business. Tom resides in Maryland with his wife, Layne and their sons, Charlie & Teddy.
